Orginally a bakery and boarding house built in 1902, this house stood empty over 10 years and required a total gut rehab.  At 2000 square feet (not counting the third floor), the structure was in dire condition and needed a lot of TLC.  The end result boasted Geo-Thermal, super insulation (blown-in fiberglass in the three exterior walls and ceilings and basement wall sheets of fiberglass) insulated windows, and energy-rated appliances, lights, and fans.
